Terms.
This exclusive discount is valid for the life of your engagement with STJ Consultancy Solutions. The discount will be applied as a deduction against our standard rate card, which is subject to change from time to time.
Examples of the discounts in practice (please note that individual circumstances can vary significantly therefore these are hypothetical and are provided for illustrative purposes only).
Recruitment: If our "standard rate" for recruitment services was 25%, the discount will equate to a 5% reduction (i.e. 20% of 25). In monetary terms, were we to place a candidate on a salary of £100,000pa - If our "Standard Rate" at that time would have been 25%, the fee (before discount) would have been £25,000. With the offered discount applied, this would mean a 5% reduction applies which would reduce the fee down to £20,000.
Consultancy: If, for example, we were to provide Consultancy services on a retained basis for a set number of days per month at a fee of £7,000 per month, the fee would be reduced by 20% to £5,600 per month. If however, we were looking to initiate a project at a rate of £50,000, the fee would be reduced by 20% to £40,000.
